adds documentation for most dav commands
copy, move and configuration commands still missing
dav mkdir ========= **`mkdir [-pc] [-k <key>] [-L <lock>] <url>`** Creates a collection. All intermediate collections are created. **`-p`** disable file name encryption and decryption **`-c`** enables file file name and content encryption **`-k <key>`** use the specified key for encryption. The key must be configured in the config.xml file **`-L <lock>`** use a lock token
