harmonizes output of push and pull
pull gets conflict counter, push uses the term conflict instead of skipped (the output also says conflict: ...)

The *file* argument must be a normal file path. If multiple SyncDirectories contain this file, the SyncDirectory must be specified with the **`-s`** option.
