implements parser for Assignments (previously called SetExpressions) + improves davql debugger regarding DavQLField

Note: we renamed SetExpressions to Assignments so that they are not confused with expressions on sets of elements

**`dav mkdir [-pc] [-k <key>] [-L <lock>] <url>`**

Creates a collection. All intermediate collections are also created as necessary.

**`-p`** disable file name encryption and decryption

**`-c`** enable file file name and content encryption

**`-k <key>`** use the specified key for encryption. The key must be configured in
  the config.xml file

**`-L <lock>`** use a lock token

**Command alias:** mkcol
