adds documentation for most dav commands
copy, move and configuration commands still missing
dav remove ========== **`remove [-pc] [-L <lock>] <url>`** Removes a resource. When removing a collection, all unterneath resources are removed. **`-p`** disable file name and path decryption if enabled **`-c`** enable file name and path decryption **`-L`** <lock> use a lock token
